Excited and Nervous

Last Sunday Spencer was set appart for his new calling. He came back with a huge smile on his face and said that somethings were said in the blessing that answered some things he had been worrying about. At the time he was being very secretive and wouldn't tell me what he was worrying about. But a couple of days later he said that he had made the decision to go back to school full-time. He wanted to do this a couple of years ago but the company he works for doubled his salary and so he decided to keep working and just take classes at night or whenever he could fit it in. It has been complicated to do that since he has been traveling so much for work. So I was a little hestitant that he would follow through this time. It seems like when he gets frusterated at work he starts rethinking the school option, but when he told me about the blessing it was more conforting. I have wanted him to go to school and let me support him since we were married and I use to really pester him about going to school. But it was creating extra stress in our marriage and I decided to stop pushing at let him decide when he wanted to go to school. And now he does, yea! We plan to get the house ready to sell and we will probably either rent an apartment or start building a house out by Spencer's Parents house and not finish it. A trailer on the property might be a more temporary solution so that we wouldn't have to sell family land if Spencer got a job somewhere outside of east idaho after he graduated. I made him promise that if I am giving up my house that I love he has to promise to follow through and finish school. He promised with no questions asked. It will be nice because we can carpool together up to campus and then go home together at night. He is going into Mechanical Engineering and if he takes 18 credits a semester he can get through in about 4 semesters. I know he will do awesome because he is very smart.

Wow - when did all of this happen? Major upheavel in your lives, but that's what it takes sometimes to accomplish great things! We support you totally!! (I think the trailer idea sounds very plausable. Not throwing money away in rent, and where you have land to put it - not bad.)
